OCTOBER 4 | OPENING RECEPTION | EDGE OF VISIBILITY

Edge of Visibility opened with an introduction from curator Susan Tallman, editor in chief of international journal and website Art in Print. The exhibition featuring art that is literally hard to see--too small, too dark, too intricate, too ephemeral--by 24 artists from the 17th century to the present. This exhibition is all about the act of looking; the artists employ a wide range of techniques, including microcalligraphy, opalesence, and watermarking, all of which ask the viewer to slow down and consider how being on the edge of visibility speaks to our understanding of the world.

On view October 4 - December 19, 2018.
